A dynamic, breath-centered practice where movement is synchronized with breath, creating a continuous, meditative flow from one posture to the next. Expect creative sequencing that builds heat, strength, flexibility, and stamina while cultivating mindfulness and presence.


Classes move through a variety of poses with thoughtful transitions and often build toward a peak posture, which may include backbends, arm balances, inversions, deep hip openers, or advanced standing balances. Options and modifications are always offered to support beginners while providing depth and challenge for more experienced practitioners.
