Cathryn is a certified Pilates instructor, yoga therapist, and dance/movement therapist with a strong passion for the healing power of movement and the mind-body connection. Her teaching blends mindful alignment, somatic awareness, and strength-based practices to support both physical and emotional well-being. Outside of the studio, she enjoys beach days and quality time with her husband and two sons.
