Felicia began her yoga practice as a way to cultivate mental clarity and physical well-being. She enjoys a variety of styles, including Hot Yoga, Power Flow, and Yin, and appreciates the unique benefits each brings to the body and mind. Felicia pursued teacher training to deepen her personal practice and to share the transformative power of yoga with her community. Outside of the studio, she enjoys reading, watching baseball, and spending time with her beagle, Poppy.
